Andy is an 18 year veteran of the Adtech industry working in and around ad monetization with publishers, brands and agencies and demand side businesses in BD and operations. An entrepreneur at heart, Andy has almost exclusively worked at early stage challenger startups in Adtech as well as founding 4 startups during his career. He and his cofounder built a SaaS based mediation platform to try to disrupt the duopoly in the mediation space today. They sold Aequus to Moloco in October of 2022 to help build and lead Moloco's direct to publisher SDK strategy. The SDK is live and scaling on Max and Ironsource with more to come in 2024. Andy handles BD and partnership strategy on Moloco's supply side team.

With a keen interest in ad tech, Mariam’s area of interest also includes ad monetisation, UA, curation, and more. Previously, she also hosted the Madtech Podcast, which featured a range of industry leaders and visionaries, ranging from Paramount to Uber and Microsoft.
Since 2021, after several years in digital marketing, Katerina has focused on mobile app ad monetization. Her expertise in mediation platform management with MAX, AdMob, Levelplay, drives revenue growth for hyper-casual and casual games.

Yolanda helps strategize solutions based on a deep understanding of platforms, audiences, local markets, and marketing approaches. She currently spearheads initiatives in EMEA for Nativex, a leading digital marketing agency.
Gus recently joined Cosmic Lounge as their VP of Marketing. After 10 years in the mobile gaming industry, he has overseen the launch of 50 games with over $60M in profitable marketing spend. Most recently he scaled Eatventure from Lessmore to the US top charts this year - all in a recessionary environment wracked by IDFA. Previously he led a UA unit to release 35 hypercasual titles in less than a year and helmed strategy and research for soft launches at top mobile studios including Rovio. At Cosmic Lounge, he's increasingly focused on leveraging AI to supercharge UA for the studio's upcoming puzzle games.
Jure Grahek has been at the forefront of crypto and gaming since the two industries first started forming synergies. He joined ZBD, an innovative FinTech for the games industry, early on and took the company to market as Head of Marketing before transitioning to a hybrid role between BD and strategy, where he now helps diverse partners that want to integrate ZBD figure out exactly where this novel payments system fits into their products and business models. Before joining ZBD, he honed his expertise on a range of projects for both crypto and gaming companies, including global leaders like Bitstamp and Outfit7.
Jacki Vause is the Founder and CEO of Dimoso PR and Co-Founder of Global One Communications. She is one of the UK’s female tech PR pioneers and has worked in publishing and public relations for over 25 years. Named as one of PCR’s top 30 women in mobile, Jacki created Dimoso, an integrated digital marketing and PR agency specialising in mobile games and technology. Jacki has vast experience as a proven tech entrepreneur, with more than 9 companies under her belt, and wears the crown of business leader, mentor, Grit Daily author, and PR communications savant. Jacki’s experience encompasses leading entertainment companies such as BBC, Channel 4, Disney, and Angry Birds; expertly managing major consumer brands including Mazuma, Apple, GE, AT&T, and Panasonic; and successfully growing gaming giants like Rovio and Gismart. Managing traditional and digital, mobile, and social communications strategies for these brands, Jacki’s experience with startups and scaleups is extensive and invaluable.
