More than 10 months after being announced by Apple, the Post IDFA age is about to dawn for iPhone users and App Developers alike, The tech-giant yesterday announced at their Apple Spring Loaded event the launch of Apple AirTag trackers (an object finder for keys etc using the Find My function on iPhone) will go on sale from April 30th, and most importantly that the devices will only be compatible with iPhones operating iOS14.5.

The key phrase from theAirTag press release, "AirTag requires iPhone or iPod touch running iOS 14.5 or later, or iPad running iPadOS 14.5 or later. These software updates will be available starting next week."
