Josh: What led you to join the mobile gaming industry?
Naz: Joining the mobile gaming industry felt like the perfect fusion of my past experiences and passions. Transitioning from adtech to app development, I had the pleasure of working closely with mobile game companies and developers, laying the groundwork for what was to come. Tilting Point was my gateway into the world of free-to-play mobile gaming, where I witnessed the magic of turning ideas into tangible products. I've always loved the process of turning ideas into real products, especially when it brings happiness to people. But what really excites me is not just creating games, but also making developers' lives easier in the process.
Josh: What keeps you in the industry?
Naz: People. They're driven, smart, yet humble, friendly, and always ready to help out. Networking is crucial in this tight-knit community, and the support among peers is fantastic. I also love how open everyone is to new ideas, fostering creativity. The industry's constant changes keep things exciting, pushing for collaboration and innovation, which I really enjoy.

I am particularly proud of the opportunity to assist Turkish studios in enhancing the value of their games. It has always been a personal dream of mine to give back to developers from my roots.
Additionally, spearheading the recent launch of the FashionVerse game project has been one of the most remarkable moments in my journey.
