Voodoo acquires Bidshake
Hypercasual gaming giant Voodoo have announced the acquisition of Israeli marketing automation platform Bidshake. The acquisition, which will continue to see Bidshake operate as an independent entity, is for an undisclosed sum. Bidshake will continue its customer-centric approach, extending its products and services to meet the growth needs its growing client base of developers and publishers worldwide.
Vooodoo CEO, Alexandre Yazdi said “It was the mutual recognition of the power of automation coupled with our marketing insights that led to our close cooperation with the Bidshake team from day one. We couldn’t be more excited about our further integration that will address the growth needs of the mobile games and app ecosystem.”
