Liftoff and Vungle to Merge
Liftoff and Vungle have announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement to merge and form an independent, privacy-focussed mobile growth platform. Due to finalise by the end of September, the merger will see the two companies join to form an end-to-end solution in mobile marketing offering services across user acquisition, engagement, monetisation and analytics to the mobile games economy.
Specialists in User acquisiton and retention, Liftoff, serve more than two billion ads per day will join with Vungle, monetisation specialists, currently integrated with over one hundred thousand mobile app publishers to form a new powerhouse in the app economy, providing clients services to greater scale their apps and grow.
