The Gamesforum Game Dev Showdown is returning to Seattle in 2018 and developers from across the world are invited to apply to join the fun!

The showdown is taking place on the 24th of October at the Bell Harbor Conference Center. Ten developers will get a chance to showcase their game at Gamesforum Seattle and pitch their latest game and their business to a panel of expert judges.

They’ll be judged on the quality of their game, the quality of their pitch and how they present their company.

And the winner will walk away with some epic swag and tips from our judges, as Pine Street Codeworks did when they won the first ever showdown in Seattle in October 2017.

The contest is open to developers from all backgrounds and platforms, including console, PC, VR, AR, mobile and more.

Each studio that is accepted onto the showdown will receive 3 complimentary passes to attend the event, a space to demo their game in the Gamesforum Showcase, as well as receiving some advice from our team on how to make the most of your pitch. All unsuccessful entries will also receive two free passes to attend Gameforum Seattle.
